📦 Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days . Once your package has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a track & trace link so you can follow your delivery.

Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95 . Orders over €50 are shipped free . For international shipments, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country. This information will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Absolutely! As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number . You can use this to track your package at any time.

First, check the status via the track & trace link. If your package remains stuck in the same state for more than 5 business days , please contact info@justnikita.nl . We will then contact the carrier and ensure the issue is resolved.

After completing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Didn't receive it? Check your spam or junk mail folder . If it's not there, please contact info@justnikita.nl .

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually still change the delivery address. Please email info@justnikita.nl as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, we can no longer change the address.

If you're not home, the delivery person will usually leave the package with your neighbors or at a nearby collection point . You'll always receive a notification by email or a note in your mailbox.

This is incredibly frustrating! Please check your package immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, please take clear photos of the package and the product and email them to info@justnikita.nl within 48 hours . We will then quickly provide a suitable solution.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return products within 14 days of receipt , provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Send an email to info@justnikita.nl with your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will then send you the return instructions.

Want to exchange an item for a different size or color? Send a message to info@justnikita.nl or use the live chat .

Once we receive your return, we will help you with the correct replacement.

Yes, exchanges are possible as long as the desired size or color is still in stock. Please send a message to info@justnikita.nl , and we'll be happy to help you arrange the exchange.

Returns will only be accepted if the item:

  • is unworn and unwashed,
  • is provided with the original label,
  • and is returned in the original packaging.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products with makeup stains, perfume odors, or damage.

Yes, you'll be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless you received the wrong or damaged item. In that case, we will, of course, cover the costs.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days via the payment method you used.

Our apologies! Please email info@justnikita.nl within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will then quickly provide a suitable solution—such as a new product or a refund.

Yes, you can do this through Klarna Pay Later . You'll receive your order first and pay within 14 days. Please note: Klarna performs a quick credit check before approving the payment.

Placing an order is easy. Add the desired product to your shopping cart, select the correct size and color, and click "Checkout." Enter your details, select your payment method, and complete the order. You'll receive an immediate email confirmation once your payment is complete.

Once your order is placed, it's processed immediately. Therefore, it's usually not possible to change it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@justnikita.nl – if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to see what we can do for you.

Cancellation is only possible as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. In that case, please send an email to info@justnikita.nl immediately with your order number. If the package is already in transit, you can easily return it after receipt according to our returns policy .

At this time, it is not possible to reserve or reorder , but we recommend following our newsletter or keeping an eye on the product page - as soon as a size is back in stock, this will be visible immediately.

Each product includes a comprehensive size chart with measurements in centimeters. Compare this to your own measurements to make the right choice. If you're unsure between two sizes, usually choose the larger size for a comfortable fit.

Our products generally run true to size . We always mention in the product descriptions whether an item runs slightly smaller or larger, so you know what to expect.

The size chart is at the bottom of each product page, directly below the product details. Here you'll find measurements in centimeters and sometimes also in inches , making it easy to compare.

The material composition is always stated in the product description. We primarily use high-quality fabrics such as cotton, polyester, viscose, and elastane for a comfortable fit and durable quality.

Always follow the washing instructions on the garment label. In general, we recommend washing clothes inside out at a low temperature and not tumble drying to preserve the fabric and fit.
